Default It is 2:30am and I am beyond exhausted but wide awake

I am still having migraines every day but it is the knives in my wrist and shoulder keeping me awake. And the bone scrapping in my forearm. And the fire.

I've taken tramadol but it isn't helping. I just want to sleep. At least I don't have to work tomorrow.

So very tired.
