Okay, I have a question about blood pressure. I wake up with numb hands. I awake w poor circulation.... So I went back to my stretches and I had a fluttering in my ear which led to headache.
I spoke with my mother in-law, nurse. She told me to get a home bp monitor. Results... When I wake up my bp is elevated. By am and sitting up it goes down. I did stretches the following am after sitting up a bit and my bp spiked. I've noted, if I have a bad circulation night my bp is up and it takes more than just sitting up for it to come back. Layman research; ldn can either elevate or bring down bp and autonomic neuropathy can be the culprit. Or I am just climbing the age ladder ![]() I had to take a break from the cuff....spreading crps Any input greatly appreciated. ![]() |
