I've been exercising since the beginning. I seem to be able to do less every year but it feels like a good thing to keep fighting it.
I was never very big on exercise since it always seemed that if you workede and played it should be plenty. I still attempt to do as much work as possible but the things which don't bother my hand keep getting more limited. This means a more formal exercise program is needed which I primarily get in a swimming pool and by walking. |
