Ada, Now the blisters have burst you need to gaurd against infection. I am glad you are seeing your doctor. It will need to be covered by some non adherent dressing and depending on how big it is, some antibiotic cream. Silvazine is the best I think. Please do not ever use food of any type on a burn, it tends to actually help cook the area as it retains the heat in the burn. Immediate first aid is to run it under a running water tap for as long as you can stand it. Ice is not a good idea even without RSD. Hope all is well now Love Tayla ![]() |
