 RSD/CRPS has a mind of its own;specifically, it will or will not spread. You have rec. very good suggestions in this post. My suggestion is simple, care for yourself. Hard to do if you have kids, husband, family, friends...but it is a necessity, not a luxury. Sometimes you have to rest, and that is what you need to do. You don't have to dance to anyone's drum..dance to your drum.  Dew
