Default Your supplements

Hi Smae,

Thanks for your feedback, do you find calcium and magnesium helps, I suppose it would help in keeping bones strong which can't be a bad thing. Im already taking the fish liver oils, cod liver and omega 3. Not the zinc. The reason why I started this thread is because I take so much opiate meds and I wonder what they could be doing to our bodies, bones, liver etc. There are so many of us here that take the same kind of meds and I thought who else would know this kind of thing. When I ask my GP about this he says not to worry about it, he's probably right but.....

Thanks again,

Sinéad
