Oh LORD how I wish my psych doctor would be on this same page! She is absolutely TABOO about this!!
My pain Dr had me on Xanax and I only used it as needed and it helped tremendously with spasms and sleep and anxiety. She is very much against Benzo's and now she's got me on all this other ridiculous stuff.
