While my rep, being busy of course, will no longer return my calls as the sale has been made long ago and they are salespeople first and foremost [ I imagine the rule of salesmanship is the same whether BOSTON SCIENTIFIC or any other brand ] when that sale had not been quite made......he was extremely attentive. Yours probably will be as well. Give them a call.

This is the way the squeaky wheel receives "the grease." Call them.

Yup,
Gosh Mark.. that is absolutely absurd that a rep wouldn't call you back!! Kind of got my blood boiling actually. Hmmmm maybe we should have you right up a contract that states we will accept these units on the condition that for the duration of the implant without any stipulations that a rep is required to respond to our needs within 24 hours!! Just blows my mind that a person is forgotten once they actually have the device and no more $$ are at stake.

I will call.. already emailed last night but a phone call at 8AM will be done, thanks for the advice.

Have a terrific day!
Tessa
