Morning all. Nothing to report today. It's raining and dreary.

Wiz, good luck on the job search. Glad the new ad is working.

Vonn, I have to get busy on my no sew blankets for xmas and spiral xmas trees for ornaments. I am making 13 blankets!

Have a good day everyone!

Rainy, dreary day here, too. But...I like this kind of weather so it's alright by me.

Sandy, didn't you make some sort of Christmas craft last year? I can't remember what it was exactly but I remember it was really pretty and you posted pics of it. I need to get busy deciding what I'm going to do this Christmas. I need to save some $$ but just the basic bills takes everything I get so I'm not sure how I'll do that. Luckily I have no small children to try and keep happy at Christmas time. But, the older they get the more expensive their toys become!

I put some boneless pork chops in the crockpot and will add BBQ sauce to them later today. We had pizza for supper last night so I need to "cook" something! My boys are hardly ever home anymore so I basically just cook for myself and make enough in case they eat at home. If they don't like it there's a Burger King less than 1/2 mile away!

Everyone have a good Wednesday and stay warm and dry. Our highs for the weekend are forecast to be in the 50's!! Perfect weather!!

Kitty, no that was Frank's wife Deb who made the xmas trees and hanging lights. I made baskets with goodies in them.

I think I'm going to have to go with the "homemade" theme this year, too. I love to bake so maybe I'll get a few baskets or some type of container and just give that. I'm not very good with "crafty" things. They tend to look like something a preschooler made!

hey Sandy ... I'm working on a 'bear' quilt like we 'talked' about - found my fabric I was hoping I still had!! whew!

Wiz - I wish I could cut lawn, etc ... but, one path with the mower - would just beat me up ... I feel like a fidgety-kid .. up for awhile - sit for awhile - then put my feet up - then get up and do dishes ... just to keep the pain 'at bay!' ... LOL

Kelly - haven't made the fish yet ... not even hungry for anything ... part of the RA ... and staying out of the sun 'works for me' is the Lupus ... and then there's all the MS! LOL ... did I tell you that WAY back when I was first dx'd with the MS, my neuro told me (last week - now with all these elevated liver enzyme issues) .. that when she was testing for MS, that my enzymes were elevated back then too ... so, what to do first? LOL .. I'm overlapping all over the place!

your pork chops sound good too ... do you watch 'Good Eats' on FoodNetwork with Alton Brown?? I learned (haven't done it yet) on how to buy a chicken and cut it myself ... what would I do with a whole chicken anyways! LOL

What happened to Fall? As my students would say, " this weather sucks!" Rain and in the forties. The forecast says it is supposed to warm up to the low 60s next week. I hope they are right.

I have to go back to school in a few minutes for a class that I am helping to team teach. Happily, this is the last day. It interferes with my nap time. It is just a one credit graduate course.

Lyrica seems to be helping with the shakes and burning sensation in my head. So far the only problem it is causing is constipation so I am trying to deal with that by taking fiber. It also seems as though the spasticity in my leg is slightly less. I increase up the the full dose tomorrow.

Wiz -- Crossing my fingers for you on the job search! Glad you are feeling better!

Hugs to all!

Kelly, check out Ebay for containers or baskets. Last year I got some sleigh baskets for dirt cheap.

Kelly ... are there still some rummage sales going on by you?? we went to one the other day ... and the lady must of had something to do with a floral shop or something ... had tons of 'picks' and bowl-size baskets ... check with your local floral places and see if they have some overstock ...

Sandy - do you have a JoAnn's or Hancock Fabrics by you?? I always get emails from them about sales ... especially the fleece stuff ...

so, Wiz ... do you or don't you like waskilly wabbits??? hee hee (I see the babies in your sig!)

Barb - it's suppose to be sunny today - that's what they said yesterday ... but, it's not ... a few more rainy days ... then Indian summer for a few weeks before the real snow comes camping on your back door ...
