Aw Debbie, I'm so sorry about your fall, but so glad you weren't hurt worse. Your DH really is a sweetheart, but so are you.

Debbie I almost took exactly the same spill! I was in a hospital parking garage and there was a small change in the pavement that was like a 2" step up. I "stubbed" the toe of my shoe and went to my knees. Scared me because I was alone and at the time didn't have a cell phone. I am glad you are ok and hope you recovery quickly.

Doing laundry today and cleaning the ceiling and lift in our bedroom. Gosh, I am so exciting I scare myself!

Hope the weekend is starting off well for everyone.

Take it easy Sandy! Save some of that excitement for another day!

It's raining here again this morning. It wasn't supposed to. The weather lady said so. It is much cooler, though, and it's not supposed to get much above 50 degrees today. It won't last but it's sure nice to get a break from the heat.

I got a catalog of Christmas cards in the mail yesterday and I think I might order mine this year. Problem is......there are so many I like that I can't make up my mind! I must have sat and flipped through that catalog for over an hour yesterday.

Wish I had gotten the ingredients for Chili when I went grocery shopping the other day. It sure does sound good today.

Ya'll have a nice Saturday.

Morning everyone...
Thanks for the hugs and all...means so much! My hand is more swollen now...wondering if that radiologist read the xray right. I'm going to wait and see if it goes down.
It's so beautiful outside!! Still chilly, but it's sunny and the sky is that beautiful autumn blue...this is what autumn is supposed to be like!!

DH and I went to a seminar about winterizing the pond...we are doing the right things...it was nice to hear others discuss problems they have with herons, raccoons, etc. The speaker gave lots of advice on how to deal with all the problems.

DH and I were going to finish getting the yard and pond finished for the winter, but then his dad called and wanted to go shopping for a new bed. So DH is dealing with that while I try to get laundry and cleaning done. But I'm so tired again that I vacuum and then sit for a while. Then I throw a load in the washer, and sit again. My pcp's nurse called and they want me to do a sleep study. But I'm trying something first-I'm going to lower the dose of zanaflex to see if I perk up. I tried it Thursday and still had trouble staying awake while driving...but I think it's worth trying. Maybe it's just a flareup...who knows with this stupid disease and all the meds. The good news is the increase in my thyroid meds are working-I've lost 6 lbs. so far since I upped the dose. Wish my energy would increase tho...

Well, hope all of you have a wonderful Saturday...hope those who are still damp dry out soon!

Debbie, could your tiredness be due to the increase in Thyroid medication? Just wondering if that may be a side effect.
