Hi everyone! OK, looks like I need to step in for just on a minute on Renee's situation. Did I ever tell you guys how awesome you are? You know it and I care about all of you for it!

Ok, Renee is staying separated from hubby while he is in Virginia and possibly after he goes to SC. Also, since he is currently going through the medical review board he may be retired from the military soon if they feel he cannot perform his duties. Everything is up in the air. Plus, he is going through counselling with the military chaplain and professionals.

I agree with all you have said and think this relationship needs time to heal. Renee does not believe in divorce and this is a very difficult decision for her to make. She is not taking it lightly in any way no matter what she believes in. The divorce was his idea, not hers. If the marriage can be salvaged she will do what it takes to fix what is broken. BUT only on her terms, not his. He must fulfill certain obligations for her to even consider coming back to him.

A few conditions are separate checking accounts, cc's and savings accounts. In addition to this he must go to psych counselling as well as spiritual counselling, no if and or butts about that. If he is indeed sick, she feels she should give him the chance to make things right. Her marriage vows are important to her. HE needs to do the work to get her back and prove he is serious this time. She has told him it will take a long time for her to trust him, if she ever can. He has broken that trust and she knows without trust, you have no marriage. This is a trial, nothing more. She realizes that her marriage may be gone and may never get back to what she thought it was.

With that said, all we can do is support Renee in whatever she decides to do, good or bad, whether we agree or not. I have voiced the very things you all have voiced. These are concerns she needs to definitely take into account. She knows this and promises she is aware of all the wrongs and rights he has done. All we can do is support her decision and pray for all of them as a family. I know we all feel a pit in our stomach and that's because we want the best for Renee and her children. But in the end it's her decision on what she'll do and we'll just continue to be there for her.

OK, enough of that. Let's talk about me and Jim. lol

Jim's neuro appointment went very well. According to the neuro Jim has no active lesions! The spinal cord doctor said there was one but she said no and read the report to me! Whoohoo! Then I looked at her seriously and said "So, does this mean Jim doesn't have ms? He's cured?" lmao She just smiled at me as if I were joking.

We also informed her about Jim's mj use and she was very interested in how he's doing with that. She was also impressed with how many meds we have cut back on due to mj and asked us to continue doing what we're doing. Wow! She was also happy to hear we are seeing a urologist outside of Hines. No surprise there.

Then we went shopping and spent too much money. lol

Hope everyone has a great day! The weather here is beautiful and I am dreaming of a place that is this way year round.

Well, I did once. San Diego. But we can't afford to live there.

Awesome for Jim, keep up the good progress.

Your absolutely right Sandy, the roller coaster ride started lol. At least the PVA is there to smooth the bumps.

Yep souther Cal would be nice if not too expensive, Lived in beautiful San Juan Capistrano back in my military days.

Just saw my neuro yesterday, he doesnt want to label any patients, ppms rrms ect. However he said yes the diagnosis of ppms by other neuros is correct but wants me to be on some type of DMD. Do you ever feel like a guinea pig with the VA? At least this neuro has been with me for awhile, until he gets transfered then I have to start over again. Sure at some point youve had that experience in the VA.

Cayo, tropics are quiet now hope you fair well through the season.

first of all .. THANKS Sandy for the update ... and to Renee .. honey, whatever you decide - I'm behind you 100% ... and know that you never have to explain your reasonings ... I love you for YOU!! ... and I like who YOU are!!

my gosh - we all make decisions that we worry about what others think - and I've been told over and over ... especially since the dx ... not to ... and do what I feel is the right thing... FOR ME!! it may not be the right thing for someone else ... but, it is for me at that time ... include me in your camp, dear one!!

all is going well ... going to take one of the finals yet today ... and then bring a load over to storage ... and sort thru bills tonight ...

thanks for hanging with me ... I learned something ... we KNOW that the sun is always there ... and the clouds come in ->>> but THE CLOUDS ALWAYS LEAVE .. and the SUN IS ALWAYS THERE! isn't that something good to ponder awhile???

everyone be good ... and Frank - that goes for you, too! no more trouble-making!! LOL

Oh Frank, you didn't offend, no one did. How could you think that? Btw, I am still laughing. lol

Vonn, good luck on your finals!

Jmiller, are you strapped in good? LOL And yes, we have had the doctor switch before and sometimes it was for the good and sometimes for the bad. We found out yesterday that neuros and specialist doctors cannot be primary doctors at the Hines VA anymore. Only general doctors and/or spinal cord doctors can be primary docs. No surprise there. Jim thinks it's because of what happened to him five years ago when his neuro tried to play all professions. Ugh No telling how many patients suffered. We have a wonderful neuro and spoinal cord doctor now and are happy. urology? Blech!

Huggsss to Renee..and good luck with however it turns out dear, we are all here to support you...cause we wuv you!!

Sandy, hugss and thanks for the last update for Renee...and more hugsss

To all...hugssss

Feeling really awful today, the weather is humid..and I am falling apart...cogfog, stumbling, balance issues...and overwhelmed..between work and kids..and feeling like this...some times I wonder why I took on the Boss job...instead of staying where I was second in charge....I try not to focus on that..and focus on making my new store I manage run better...but sometimes overwhelming....when I talk to hubby though he reminds me I as never raised to be a quitter....but hey I will give this new job time...but if always feel overwhelmed...after giving it a year....I might have to ask to step down..and just be a regular manager at the store I was at....

just having a bad day and when a bad day...I get emotional about all sorts of things....so I get thinking...but hey if I did go back..then I would still be overwhelmed...surely I always think and worry too much..no matter what work I do for a living...so dotn think it matters in that aspect....

wish I could afford not to work at all lol....no think I would get bored..hehe

hugsss all, from dizzy, feeling like crap, Sarah
