Hubby woke a bit grouchy after nap, BUT he is trying to stop smoking..and that is soooo very tough..never smoked myself really...but seen him try to quit a few times....so he is on a quit smoking for good thing...and I am on a eating healthier...try to get some yoga and things done for my body....it would only help my sxs I bet if my body stays in a better shape...shape as in not an apple hehehehe

well at least, strengthen the body even if I have a hard time losing weight...(couldnt imagine why with being a neurontin...and prednisone lol)

Sarah, I hope your DH can quit smoking. I know it's hard but just think of the $$ you'll save. Maybe you can start putting the money he would have used for cigarettes into a savings account and use it for a vacation or something fun. Anyway, I wish him luck.

Guess what word they used in our weather forecast here tonight?? Sleet!!! :eek: It's just spitting sleet here....nothing that will accumulate or anything....but just mention the "S" words here (sleet or snow) and people fly into panic mode and rush to the grocery store. I just got back from going "up nort" ... no wonder I love it up there!!! I just feel so good about this whole day - everything went well and wonderful ...

I'm going to lolly-gag in the moment for awhile ... and toss out some thoughts about relocating ... I did put a bug in their ear (my legion buds) about the quilt corp for the kids ..

and they LOVED my sign ... (it's in the painting album) ..
