I have an idea about what this means but I want to be sure. I want to do some research before my next appointment. I came here and thought someone may know.
Exert from my cervical CT scan: degenerative changes at the atlantoaxial articulation with mild pannus formation Thank you in advance for your help! Donna |

I had to look up pannus... from what I found on it seems to be arthritis related condition, I linked below so you can read more of it.
http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/pannus [atlantoaxial] I believe this is the top most 2 cervical spine - atlas /axis or c1 c2. Was that the only info on the c spine, or did you know what the rest of it meant?

One more question. ...by looking at my whole results now does it look like something wrong would constitute me feeling like something could be pressing in or on my throat or am I crazy? I have problems swallowing my meds and when I eat at times it feels like food is getting stuck on my right side in the area down my throat before my collarbone not to mention the headaches, arm, hand, & neck pain.

Thanks for your reply.
Do you think my results look serious. I don't see severe anywhere but I know I'm having a lot of symptoms. |
