I lied. You can play sega in the potty only if you are a boy and only if you can control your pee. Yup. Today really sucks now. Stupid sega!

Blessings,

Of course some days stink, that's the way of the universe. Without stinky days we would not realize or appreciate the great days. For every negative event there is an equal and opposite positive event not far behind.

And, that's why we hang on so tightly to get through the days that stink.

Peace be with you.

I sat in the tub sobbing, soaking in the warm water, crunching on my chocolate dipped chocolate chip cookie that was a gift box from a professional cookie company. I am tired of this disease. I am tired of being in pain. I am tired of being isolated. I am tired of being tired. I am going to run away.

Dejibo, that's a great idea. But there is one falisy with that solution.

You will have to take your body along with you.

Sad! I know. But true. If you want to find yourself, look where you are.

Oh! One last important question. Do the chocolate chip crumbs float or sink?

it really is cathartic to cry. My DH just doesnt understand that, and it upsets him to think of me having a good cry. I found crying in the shower to be helpful too as no one can see you, hear you or worry that your face is wet.

btw once crumbs get soaking wet they sink. I did add a milk product to my bath for good skin care and it struck me as funny that I am eating cookies in a bath tub full of milk. hehehe.

Default Bad days

It seems that since MS reared its ugly head I have bad days and days that are worse.

Phew! That is so good to know.

I agree, having a good cry is therapeutic and actually helps us. I am not a big crier but when I do, I always feel much better afterward.

Craig you are dead on - We have to have bad days in order to know what good days are. The good days are reminders of what is to come when we have our bad days. When I have bad days I visualize the good days. It seems to help.

So . . . Here's to the good days ahead for all of us!
