Actually I am glad Gene Simmons was fired. He was getting on my nerves. Everything had to be his way, which he felt was the right way.

I do agree with you Doydie it did seem like he wanted to be fired. He left Thrump with know choice.

This other program "Crowned etc. I don't recall hearing about it. What day and time and channel is it supposed to be on. I am sure the channel will probably be different for both of us, because of our locations.

Yup, I agree~~~ Gene wanted out, I think his show "Family Jewels" might have been the reason. He is very smart tho.

"Crowned, the Mother of all Pageants" is on the CW network. I think they are down to 5 teams so it won't be on that much longer.

Did you all watch TAR finale tonight? I won't spoil anything for the ones who haven't got to watch it. I was pleased but any of the remaing teams would have been fine with me.

OK, it's the day after so I don't have to whisper. TK and Racheal won. Father and daughter 2nd and Grandpa and grandson 3rd. What made the win was the last challenge where one member of the team had to make up this intricate challenge of objects from each leg of the race. Rachael got it first even though they were the last to arrive at the challenge.

TBL is on tonight Doydie~~~ They have a new twist tonight. It's one against ALL, so wondering if they'll be splitting the teams up???

That's the prolem sometimes you have AI, TBL I like both of them. Have to keep switching back and forth.

So next week it's individual members instead of teams. I felt really sorry for the yellow team to have to make the sole desicion of who to eliminate. I know they had this alliance with the purple team and that's why they ousted the pink team but purple and orange both deserved to go because of their behavior. Bob is going to work their butts off next week. I think the only thing worse than a mad Bob is a mad Jillian.

I don't know what's wrong with Simon this year. He is just a little kinder. I thought the guy who tried out for the tenth season now had a good voice. Problem in previous seasons was that he used a gimmick and this year he didn't. He should have been sent through for at least a second chance.

Doydie I agree with you 100% on what you are saying. I don't care
for Simons change this year. It's not him. He was getting so much back talk
about his ways I guess he decided to change or he was told to?
He has been blamed to have said mean things to the contestants this year after each interview when at times he didn't do anything.
I don't know if it is part of the plot to make things more interesting
or what.

I agree w/you about TBL. I wasn't sad to see the Pink team go.. Next wk, they need to get rid of the Brothers Black!

Haven't see alot of AI, as it's opposite TBL. I'll start following it a little closer as they narrow them down.

To me AI was not that interesting this last show. The contestants this time, I don't even now what words to say. The show does not to be as exciting as previous ones. Maybe it's just me.

It was interesting that out of the 10,000 people who they said applied, they only put 23 through to Hollywood. Either the judges are super tough this year or there was little talent.

Next week on TBL, the teams are gone and everyone is on their own. The peviews show Jillian sobbing and it looks like one of the guys from the balck team is hugging her. So I wonder if one of them goes next week.

So the women lost again on Apprentice. They just can't get it together. They had the money promised to them, just got there to late. I think the Donald did the right thing by firing Jennie. She just wasn't in the rest of the teams league.

DVR'd Project Runway. I really like the designer that left. I think she is from this area also or at least has roots here. It's just unfortunate that she had a bad night.

Anyone watching the ultimate reality show Miss America? Yhey have been having a show on TLC for a month now getting them ready for the 'new image' they are wanting for Miss America. The last episode will be this weekend followed by the actual competition.

To me it seems this year AI is just not the same as it has been. Randy, Paula, Simon are acting different. They are really watching what they say and how they act towards the contestants. Is it just me that feels
this way?

I love American Idol ! It still is a program that the whole family can sit down and watch together. I agree the judges so far are a little..I don't know ..not their usual selves. Where's the fire ? Did you notice they whip out the ol' body guards pretty quick when someone doesn't leave?
Can't wait for the Hollywood week.

I don't think it is TLC that is wanting a new look for Miss America but the pageant itself. TLC is hosting it which I find highly unusaul. They want a more approachable woman, less makeup, less 'pageant hair'. More of the all American girl.

Does anyone watch the 'I want to be' or 'Who wants to be' a supermodel? Can't rememebr the exact name. From the commercials on Bravo it is more like I want to be a porn star. The commercials I have seen this week show several of the contestants in bed together with little on and like a guy has the sides of the girls thong in his mouth pulling it up. This is their photo shoot.

Well, I don't know if I'm going to have the energy to more than once a year, but I have been known to be obsessed about what is happening in-between episodes and posting spoilers on the board. I'm kind of hoping I won't get so sucked in next month but alas, I fear I will! :(:p (And don't worry if I do and report back -- I HIDE the spoilers so you don't have to read them if you don't want to. Vonn and a few others can vouch for that! :))

I DVRd Miss America so i could watch it later then when I was reading AP news on the internet I saw this headline that told me who won. Bummer. Spoiled all the fun for me.

Anyone watch the National figure skating this weekend. Shoot, since when did 18 become to old? Kimmie Miesner was the veteran and she took something like 7th place.

I'm taking a short break from reality shows. Especially the dancing, running, racing, challenge shows. They're reminding me too much of what I can't do, anymore..:(

I will watch Big Brother, 'cause I like all that back biting and stuff..:D I think it starts in Feb (because of the writer's strike)

OK, Doydie, I watched Crowned tonight and last week also. I won't tell you who won, but it was good. I'm only a tiny bit disappointed that my Fav didn't win.

Ok, Who is Booger???

Yes, i watched Crowned tonight. Any of the teams except the sexy reds would have been fine with me. The house kind of divided into two different groups early on. The sexy reds were of one group and all the others were of the other one. they described themselves as always being positive. You might have noticed during the compitition tonight that when one of the teams was competing, the two others were watching and cheering on while the sexy reds had their noses up in the air about it all.

Anyone watch Biggest Loser last night. Don't know why but our local NBC affiliate put on a one hour show on heart disease on the first hour and only aired the last hour. Both hours willl be aired Sunday eve. So I watched the last hour. I was really suprised to see them voting off Jenn when the guy gained 7 pounds and his partner had a 0 weight loss. They gave a recap of the first hour and I guess Bob and Jillian did the escalator challenge and Bob won. Now they know what those contestants go through every year when they do that. Jillian looked like she was really having a hard time.

SURVIVOR STARTS NEXT WEEK! Another 39 days (hopefully) of seeing James.

Wow, the Apprentice gave us quite a show tonight. Felt kind of sorry for Vinnie although I'm still not sure it all was an act. I remember a couple of years ago when someone told Donald that he/she was quiting, Donald was furious. But he verey respectfully accepteded Vinnies resignation.

I'm a Jericho and Heros addict as well. I'm thrilled Jericho is back, but I fear it will be short lived. I think they just made some episodes to give the fans closure after 80 thousand pounds of nuts were delivered to CBS last year.

The main characters mom on Jericho, is Eli Stones mom on that new show. I enjoyed Eli Stone, it reminded me of Life on NBC. My dad said it reminded him of Chuck, also on NBC. A show it took a while for him to get into. Now he doesn't miss Chuck.

I'm looking forward to Survivor, even with the rotton jonny fairplay.

Anyone watch "Lost" the last two nights? Got to say, I love this show, but I'm so sick of 're-capping' over and over and over! Then add in the huge amount of commercials...and waalaa...I try to pause so I can fast forword, but this show has more commercials than the superbowl....its rediculous!

But I'm still addicted :D
