Thanks Kit Kat I will try that tonight.

Rheumy appt went well. Help me narrow things down.

I have not other rhuemy conditions that are autoimmune in nature, only the thryoid condition. So not vasculitis. But the sed rate test did come back for inflammation. She gave me low dose elevil to try?? Anyone try it? I just do not want to go back on the lyrica nope. nuh uh

Which points me back to the TOS inflammation and circulation issues. Rheumy and I had long discussion about the cold and burning pain and that is was more likely nerve entrapment and compression. But everywhere? It feels like I have ulcers on the nerves all over my body....feet. wrists, elbow, pelvis. Sure I know it can happen. I could go back to filler but I am interested in another approach especially for my wallet.

THe weird thing is when I lay flat on my back knees bent and then I lay out my legs The opos and clicks at T1 and upper T spine are scary. Maybe its more spine oriented. I often thought something was pressing on cord from neck area. I just know its those ribs and facet joints clicking. I also feel some tightness at the top of my arms in the bones and muscles there. Darn pec's. And I was having trouble breathing the last few days and now have a little cough for now reason excpet maybe pherenic nerve is irritated. Thats' all and thats enough.

On another note I am down 14 lbs in 6 weeks. This antiyeast diet works wonders. Altought the yeast die off sx sucks. But it should maek me healthier since I was dx with high levels of candida in my blood. Too many carbs and sweets. The yeast med however makes you very sad as it kills everything off. But that doc did say that yeast attacks the nerves and muscles first. So we shall see. If nothing else skinny is a benefit.
