Thumbs up Feeling Human!!

Sunday will be 6 months since my injury. I have finally had two days in a row now where I actually felt human!! Yesterday I did get a headache, but it was a very mild one shortly before bedtime. Today, no headache!

I have been on amitriptyline for about two weeks now and it seems to be helping quite a lot with the headaches. It does make me sleepy, but that is getting better and better with time also.

I'm so encouraged by the past two days. I have had energy to be able to do things around the house, gone for short drives, and even been in stores briefly without symptoms. Hoping that this is the turning point and I am finally on the road to recovery.

Thanks so much to everyone here who has provided encouragement and support. You have been lifesavers!
