The issue is pulse rate and blood pressure. What ever you can do without causing a spike in BP and pulse is usually OK. Swimming is no different. A mild increase in BP and pulse is OK. Just avoid increases that cause a spike in PCS symptoms.

Everything in moderation as they say. I would do some walking exercise, even if it's just a block every day. You've got to keep the blood flowing and your general health going, it's good for your mental health too which as important as physical with PCS. You will be able to increase the distance over time, it's one thing that you can see the improvement in which is nice.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
