I didn't get to go out with my husband. He was working 12 hour days.

you have it so hard but you always sound so supportive and cheery. how do you do it superwoman. yes it is definitely time to remind him. Life is way too short.
i had a wonderful time with my friends even though we talked about severe problems. One friend husband has cancer but it doesn't sound dangerous I hope I hope and the other friend got married last year and she wound up marrying a monster and has to extricate herself from it. He has been deceitful and almost got her fired from her job by lying to the police and saying she threatened him with a knife etc....he is also trying to take out loans with her social security card. It was wonderful because I love these women.
I went off the diet again so gained back more weight. Another friend wants to take me out for my birthday but i suggested she come over when i get my new dog and bring fruit for lunch. she said she would bring fruit but i had to have lunch because I am a diabetic and that is too much sugar. Maybe I will suggest she get take out chinese food and i will make steamed broccoli....i gained weight on chinese food with this diet.
TELL YOUR HUSBAND TO TAKE YOU OUT...

i have lost a total of 10lbs so far! YAAAY! :D:D:D
actually it is 11 (5 kilos).

that's about 1/3 of what i need to lose to feel reasonably comfortable.

i thought i had regained a pound or two when i had all that bread and pate and stuff for several days after the funeral, but maybe it was waterweight. whatever it was it disappeared and took more with it. my dad actually noticed today.

Okay, I am not exactly in the mood to eat out right now. But the
reason for is its too hot. But I was getting a new car, but as it
is I probably am not. But its not a bad reason. The dealer has
lost the title right now. But if its found its a convertible.

Wow. I always wanted one.

just got back from the gym....lifted weights and walked on the tread mill for half an hour.
had a pork chop and brocolli, salad and half an avocado for dinner....
going to have one beer and 2 dark chocolate kisses!
