Thank you Mari, I would not have been able to produce that. I just went with what Dr. Eades taught in his protein power book years ago. I totally forgot about the sugar alcohols.

I skipped lunch today and thought I would die, due to my car being worked on. and I am not a breakfast person so I did not eat anything until 4;30 when I had 2 slices of cheddar cheese.
We were planning on going out to eat early so I thought I could wait. Finally, We went to eat at the texas road house. (christmas gift cards) I ate a few peanuts then a salad with ceasar dressing. Half a steak and veggies (broccoli, carrots etc) with cheese melted on top. I had 4 dirty martini's. (gin with olive juice and olives) I know, a bit excessive but really good and they were small drinks. WE had a great meal, and I have left over steak!!!! bizi
