Well, that was a big waste of time!
She knew less about Medicare than I do, and she could have told me I was ineligible for the state insurance when she got my info over the phone.
And she REALLY likes to talk. I guess I'm on my own.

Just in case, I checked my appointment times for tomorrow and Weds. At least I have the right times in my phone for those.

I hoping my therapist is well enough to make it in to our appointment tomorrow...

Thankfully my therapist was able to make our appt. Tuesday. She looks tired. It was good to discuss all the BS that's been going on tho.

My sister called me around 1 on Wednesday, and said she was afraid she wouldn't be able to get me cuz she forgot what time my appointment was. I had completely forgotten that I even had an appointment

I made it on time though, but my pdoc was 45 minutes late getting to me. She gave me a 7 pill sample of zyprexa in case my IV steroids cause me to become manic.

I called for my knee MRI and swallowing study results on Monday. I didn't get any calls back. I hate waiting for test results....
Oh well.
I have a good idea what the results of the swallow were, but I'm unsure if my PCP wants me to have other studies suggested by the speech therapist.

I'm really interested in finding out about my knees.... at least that appointment is Dec. 1.

And of course I'm most concerned about the pathology reports from my cervix. Apparently, they won't tell me until Dec. 9th.

In general, I'd say my mood is pretty good. I haven't felt this balanced for a long time! I hope it continues. Still anxious, tho.

I've been having more pain issues. What else is new?!
I had my 1st session of pool therapy yesterday. The therapist is nice and I seemed to tolerate it all well...
but then I needed a 2 1/2 hour nap, then went to bed at 9pm & didn't wake up this morning until 11:30.
I'm dragging *** today-lots of pain-but managed to get some things done. I'd love to be able to rest more, but it always seems like I'm behind and trying to play catch up with household crap.

I meet with my knee doc tomorrow. Please cross your fingers, or say a good word for me that I will NOT need ANY kind of surgery....

I am keeping my fingers crossed that your doc wants to keep you away from surgery.

That's great about the pool therapy.

I wish you could rest more without having to deal with household stuff.

I can totally relate, because I learned just last week my mom will have
her knees replaced. So its something on my mind.
