I slept like crap last night eyes still awake at 5am. alarm goes off at 8. UGH!
I take klonipin 1 mg to sleep at night. had been taking 2 a few times while drinking because I could not sleep. wonder if that has screwed up my wiring or I just need to be patient. and ride it out. onto my 3rd cup of coffee... ready to start my day, work with the elderly, do in home pedicures. bizi yawn ___

Hi Bizi
you seem to be going along well you just have to ride it out, when you think about it we all have sleepless nights I find if I take a sleeper at night I am fine but then your body get used to them so only now and again I will take one when I am stressed really bad, anyway bizi stick to your guns and hold in there and chin up every day is a new beginning. |

I was Alcohol free for 121 days ,then drank for 8 excessively black out etc. (first red flag)now 3rd day AF will attempt to be refrain until july 11th when we go on vacation.I slept much better last night! yeah. My leg is not as sore as it was yesterday so maybe it is taking a turn. It has been a week since my injury...I know not long enough to recover. I ran 5 miles in one hour not listening to my body.
I did a stretch that a friend suggested and will do it again twice a day...I hope that is what she said will ask her again, maybe she meant to stretch it after running???? I will see her at lunch, think I will text her this morning. I really really need to take a shower but am not up to it. I went to a meet up the other night to meet other runners to see if I would fit in. they were all drinking and someone bought me a cider. This is unusual for me. As I am afraid to meet new people. Red flag alert! I ran a red light yesterday, luckily did not hit any one. and then almost backed into a driver/car I looked right but not left. another red flag. I told jeff that I might be hypo jeff said what hospital do you want to go to???? jokingly. I need to be more mindful. Last night at 9;30 I had gone to whole foods looking for organic strawberries and blueberries they were on sale but they were out, rats. Ended up buying a bunch of filler flowers and arranged them into 5-6 vases around the house. a bit excessive these look nice when dried so no water in the vases. 10 pm doing flower arrangements. another red flag.... anyway will keep an eye on myself and slow down. bizi
