Hi zachameen,
I would consult with an oral surgeon since your glands are swollen on that side of your neck and you have a salt taste coming from that area when you press on the glands. You may have developed a stone in a salivary gland or.... it could be be a clogged, inflamed, traumatized or infected salivary gland inside of your mouth.

I am exhausted please help me. no one knows whats wrong with me.
