No treadmilling for me tonight. Weirdest thing is going on my with left knee today.

I woke up this morning, and the side and back of my left knee hurts. It feels like an ache-ish-like pain...doesnt feel like a strain...feels more like someone kicked me lightly in the side of the knee.

It didnt hurt when I went to bed, I did notice it when I woke up at one point this morning, my entire left side was sore, and I turned over in bed, and felt the pain in my knee.

When I got up to go use the potty, it felt like my knee wasnt going to hold me up...my leg doesnt feel weak, but it really hurts at the knee when I stand up and walk. Hurts sitting down too. It's really weird. I've had this type of pain before, just not as painful as this before.

I dont think I'm explaining it right either....it's just really weird, I dont remember hurting it yesterday or anything.

Ok, another good day for me to report. I did my 40 minutes of Pilates. These have some incredibly tough moves and if you skip a week, your muscles will tell you so very loudly. I'm trying to do these once a week, alternating with b-ball, elliptical, walks and or bike riding.

Erin, the same thing happened to me on the bottom of my foot and it made it hard to walk on it. It disappeared within a week. I hope you get relief soon too.

Ewiz, good for you for the Pilates. I don't even know how to do pilates! But , I love the word.

I swam a mile this morning. It was so nice. Pool temp is down to 83 now, more refreshing than 84.

I have arthritis in my big toe on the left foot. The toe feels like it's broken most of the time. It's been really bad the past few weeks, so maybe I've been walking weird because of that and strained my knee or something?

and this morning, I finally confirmed what's been going on with the numbness in my left hand. I still think I have tendonitis in my left elbow, but I apparently have a flaming case of l'hermittes too. It's now affecting both arms and is driving me %^&!ing batty!

I thought things would be better after having the steroids in july, it fixed the double vision, but now I feel like I'm going thru a rapid succession of flares. (all within the last couple of weeks) MS is really starting to tick me off. Seriously ticking me off!

I want more steroids! (and yes, I know most of my problems are sensory right now, but they're annoying me!)

I might try doing some treadmilling tomorrow...I bought a new e-book for my Kindle this morning, and realized I had another one on there that I hadnt read, so I've got lots of reading material to keep my mind entertained on the treadmill. I just want the l'hermittes to go away so it wont annoy me while I'm reading (with my head tilted forward to read) on the treadmill.

My weekend exercise routine consisted of yoga on Saturday and running some errands (hope that counts as that can be a workout LOL). Sunday I washed the exterior of the car and Monday I did a complete detailing inside and out. Now that was a lot of stretching and bending and . . . Yesterday was a day of rest.

Today - yoga

Tomorrow - Hopefully an a.m. walk

I'm joining this club right now...I usually do 30 min. of elliptical or bike and 30 min of weight machines 3 times/week when I have the energy. On Tues., I mowed the lawn, cleaned the koi pond, went grocery shopping and went up and down the stairs to do laundry. No energy left for a work out after that.On Wed., I did 20 min. on the elliptical and 30 min. on the weight machines. I also did about 20 min. of stretching (Dr's orders). Today, it's cleaning day, so I'll clean the bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop and whip up a dessert; DS29 and DIL are coming for dinner, and it would be nice not to have them come into a pigsty for a change!

welcome Debbie D! Our newest Club member-- you are very, very active. That's terrific. Keep letting us know what you are doing each day if you have time I love to see what people are doing to move around.

Erin: I'm sorry you are so uncomfortable. Try to avoid steroids if you can. They are soooo bad for your bones. I hope you feel better soon.

I swam a mile this morning. I lifted weights while watching the healthcare speech last night!

I slept last night!!!

I laid down a little after 2am, and I actually fell asleep! I havent been able to sleep this early in months. Usually it's 5 or 6am before I fall asleep.

I still feel like crap, left arm is still all numb and tingly, stupid L'hermittes is still annoying me, but if I'm counting up the math in my head right, I got about 8 or 9hrs of sleep.

I did wake up a little bit before 4am, and my neck really really hurt, and I felt a little bit like I was going to be sick, but I fell back to sleep within a half hour, I think.

My feet dont seem to be burning like they were last night, so if they stay cool and dont start to flame on me, I think I'll attempt some treadmilling tonight.

I hope I can fall asleep early again tonight. I'm really tired of my brain making me stay up till 5 or 6am.

Went and did some treadmilling.

Didnt quite do the whole half hour. I just felt weird. Left hand was going more numb and my head felt weird. I started getting a headache towards the end, and my neck really started to hurt.

Neck still hurts, and now, so does my back. I think I'm going to take some flexeril or baclofen and go take a nap.

Lately when my neck has been hurting, it makes me want to start panicking that the lesion on C4 is acting up or something. I dont know if spinal lesions can cause pain or not. It's probably just me freaking out about stuff that I shouldnt freak out about.
