Grin Hip Hip Horray

Well, all of my pants from last year are way too big to wear this year.

So, I went to local Goodwill store and bought 4 new outfits - I have lost 2!!!
sizes!

I;ve gone from a 16 to a 12 size pant!!!! I haven't seen a 12 in 20 years I bet.

Today, I decided to try to jog. I couldnt get my mind to figure it out all last week. More like a one step skip. Today I got 3 steps of a jog...then walk...then try the jog again...then walk....then try again.

Thats how they got me to relearn how to ride a bike last year in PT.

Im so EXCITED!!! I know it wont last...but it will help get me thru the next flareup....and Im getting skinny...and it helps make me breath deeper which helps strengthen my lung muscles...which are getting to be more problematic.

FUN ladies,...that is what life is about...with or without disease...

Just my little happy...
