So, Erin, how'd you do last night? Ambien doesn't do much to knock me out. Even when mixed with baclofen, oxycodone, or benadryl even! I'm thinking of moving onto using a big heavy Mallet. One or two strikes across my head should do it?! Okay, I'm a big girl, so maybe 3 bonks with the mallet might work better?

Oh, and while some of you freeze.... I'm BOILING at night...ice packs in the pillow cases and every where else, since apparently the ceiling fan on high blast and the A/C on and temp down to low 60s...and I'm still like an oven!!

Is there any consistency with the MS related insomnia...or is this just one more inconsistency with MS.

I'm desperate for sleep. Please. Tie. Me. Down. To. A. Bed. Let. Me. Sleep.

My ability to continue functioning has declined tremendously.

~keri
