Default Help! Having problems with Hot, stuffy work environment

Hi All,
I work in a office (first let me say I work part time and I am the new kid on the block and it is your typical talk behind back office) majority of the people are always cold., the room has the old heaters that are not controlled by thermostat but just run and run., we have cubicles., I was on the side away from windows and more stuffy., after everyone got very upset with me as when it was probably around 85 or higher and stuffy I would open a back window or open the door to a hallway., one particular person who is not the boss but is the boss ( as he screams and carries on and is relentless till you give in) complained and complained said his feet was cold.......it was the coldest of 56 degrees outside and this is already starting.......ugh!!!!!
well they moved me to another cubicle by a window.....yea so I opened the window 2 inches and had a fan blowing the air from the window to me.....he complained and said it was traveling 6 cubicles down and made his feet cold.....on and on., the girls in the front are young and always cold they have already wore gloves on their hands and down vests when it is 50 some degrees outside., and they leave these on in the office..........beyond me....well we had a meeting., and I am not allowed to open any windows unless it is 55 degrees or higher outside., who cares that it is 90inside and can't breathe.......no compromise for me I am stuck, I have two fans going., any other suggestions., my boss and most fellow employees know I have MG but who cares.........they certainly don't, I am getting worse when I am there and so tired and fatigued and my eyes droop more........please any suggestions on how to keep cooler., I am wearing crop pants and summer tops., it will be rough today because it is cool out this morning 46 degrees but going up to 70 today., I guess I can open a window........since it is above 55 outside.....lol
