Hi Marty,

I don't where in Utah you live, but here is a list of celiac/gluten sensitivity support groups in Utah. Pick the one closest you you, and send off an email. You may even want to attend a few meetings. But, if nothing else, they should be able to tell you the best places to get gluten free speciality foods in your area... especially if you are looking for a particular item. But, you have it right... sticking to those whole foods is the easiest and best for you... and use the specialty products on occasion.
