Firstly so sorry to hear that you are having problems and I am amazed how medactions from doctors can cause such horrible things.
I have neuropathy in my legs and as well as crp.
I have started taking the bromelaine at 500 mg and want to increase to 1000 mg can i take this at the same time every morning or should it be a different times.
I bought the sam e and took it for one morning but made feel terrible the same thing happened with 5HTP so I guess I just cant take anything like that which is a shame.
Do you know about Quercetin and and is this okay to add in with Bromelaine
Also one more question do you know if innerzyme is any good I have heard that it is good for inflamation
Many thanks for all your help
Warm regards Heather
I looked up Innerzyme for inflammation:
http://www.innerzyme.com/Systemic_Enzyme.html

My bromelain product is far stronger. LEF's is 500mg with 2400 GDU/gram by comparison.

Also Innerzyme's other things... I can't really say...but you do have to take up to 8 tablets a day!
That supplement detail on the site is for 4 tablets

I am getting a good response from just the Bromelain.
Innerzyme is much more expensive, for a 40 days supply.
I get 60 LEF's bromelain for about $15 and take one or two a day.

You can take other antioxidants together. You can take the bromelain anytime. I try to do it on an empty stomach however for best absorption. Stomach acid is lower on empty stomach too.
