Heat in any form makes me burn too. But lukewarm does not.
Soaking in a hot tub will activate my MP in my right thigh too.
So I don't use hot water any more.
Hi Mrs.D,

I stopped soaking in hot water tonight, just lukewarm water.

Well, i guess I have to apply the Epsom lotion 2x a day starting immediately.

How can i confirm about the poor circulation, is there a test for this?

I thought that going on 2 years with PN next month, I already know how to adjust my psyche in dealing with the pain, but I am wrong. There is still a lot of work to be done and i am not sure if i will ever get "there".

Thank you.

Mary
