I have nausea I am tracking, but I think it has as much to do with my poor sleep, the dry heated air of the house and a few other things. I also have thrown up twice, maybe three times in the last year. Typically I am just quesy.

I take my ALA around food because I found it to be an irritant to me on an emptier stomach.

I suggest tracking it to identify triggers.

Good luck. Nausea is awful.
