Default justbreastimplant.com

I was asking logical questions on this website and they started getting angry because I was worried about the saftey of implants. I couldn't understand why they were mad at me. Then it came out, they accused me of being anti-implant. Then to top it off I get a private message from a girl who I asked about her procedure. She said how she had a consultation and scheduled a appointment right on the spot. "Then I was paid in full the next day." This sounds more like a Plastic Surgeon writing this. Since when does someone getting a breast augmentation get paid in full? This lady Nikki that runs this site was just yellling at me and calling me a horrible liar. She wanted me to e-mail that message to her saying that I was going to make excuses that it was deleted. Well when I wrote her back and forwarded the message to her I was denied access to the site indefinetly. I am convinced that website is run by Plastic Surgeons. I did see something on there about sponsorship for Plastic Surgeons. This lady is mad that I figured out her secret. The stupid thing about it is she thinks I am working for an anti-implant site. I'm just a girl trying to find out if implants are safe. If someone can paste this in other posts please do so as I don't know how. Thanks!

Heart my experience with implants...

undecided, I had implants done about 13 years ago. one burst about 8 months ago. Problem...I came into a small amt. of money however enough to pay my bill in full...now I can't afford it and I wonder if all my chronic aches and pains and cervical problems aren't because of it. HOWEVER, when I can get financed I plan to have them replaced with new saline implants and lifted.
Good Luck on your search. sorry some persons use the internet threads as an outlet for frustration. Please individuals...use this site as intended. Informational purposes and to SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER.
God Bless.

Default OK after you'd asked your question..

about 'voluntary' implants...I did searches...lots of searches! And came upwith absolutely NO objective sites about the issue..or the consequences. I briefly ventured into such sites and found no viable info about all the pro's and con's at all. PS sites are simply sites that exist to extoll the virtues of such surgeries...not the problems!
I will reiterate again, do take a look at the breastcancer.org sites? They have two forums about their own explorations into whether implant surgery is advisable or not... I don't suggest you post there... but merely read their comments about the pro's and con's... I have found that at times, reading about others' desires to improve their images [deserved after the wracks that medical treatments can DO to THEM]should be both humbling and enlighening. Further...They have found many of the BEST and most astute Plastic surgeons in any given region of the country...they often name names! Those references should give you insights as to who are the 'good' docs or not for such surgeries...Mastectomies really can do a 'mind job' on you, the further 'reconstruction' aspects do another on you...plus the chemo, radiation and further follow up chemos...We talk here about PAIN? These folks truly know PAIN...all in the effort to get well and live..
Beyond that tho...is the fact that such ladies as these...who have been the first recipients of implants for other than cosmetic persons...learned very quickly that there were side effects that no one anticipated...and that THEY ARE the ones citically concerned about getting info straight to all patients about whether implants are 'good' or not.
I've even tried to find some Plastic Surgery papers about complications etc...found NONE! I just mite not be looking in the right places?

No one here can make this decision for you...as to long term effects? Many deny the issue, many condemn any possibilities either way.

Whatever your decision, I truly hope you find your way? - j

As to IF or WHEN you might get PN? Well, most PN's are never tied to any cause or effect...

Default Mrs D

That was GREAT! It's great to know the vested interest behind a supposedly unbiassed support site. And there it is, aesthetic surgery advertising, Inc.

thank you.

Default Caught you!

Liza Jane,
Thought you were vacationing! Thanks Mrs. D. I noticed that link to the cosmetic surgeons right away. Thanks for bringing this info to us. It puts a new slant on the forums we visit.

I wouldn't get too upset over this undecided. I know alot about this site. It is run by Plastic surgeons and they do not want anything negative posted here. I was banned twice just for posting my website that contains my story and asking the ladies on that site to read my story before they decide on implants.

This is not the typical forum you will run into. This is backed by lots of money and in my opinion only have one goal in mind. That goal being to convince you that implants are safe and to get you to a doctor so that you will have breast augmentation. I have also heard that they have fake members that post daily saying how happy they are with their implants. I don't know how much of this is true but I do know that there are alot of PS's on this site trying to drum up business.

There are several pro-implant sites out there and they will ban you if you post anything negative about implants.

I think you should take a look at my forum and read the stories there from the ladies. We have many sick women and we also have women that are not sick but hate their implants because they are uncomfortable or they are experiencing pain from the implant sitting on a nerve.

It is packed full of info on implants and I also have some pictures there of saline implants after being removed. We had two ladies that had their implants removed and they were completely black with mold. There are many type of mold/fungus and another lady had her implants removed to find a white substance floating in them. She had them cultured to find out it was mold as well.

My implants were yellow and filled with bacteria as well as mold. I had chunks of bacteria growing inside those damn things.

My forum is www.breastimplantsupport.org and my personal story is www.toxicbreastimplants.org.

The pro-implant sites will not tell you the truth of what COULD happen. This sites will. Again, not everyone gets sick but who wants to play russian roulette with their health.

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
