Dakota:

Here you go:

And I am aware of the sugar content in fruits. I rarely eat fruit.

Never after breakfast anyway.

This morning I had a small glass of the Juiceman Juice that I did in the machine.

That's it for me for the day.

I then went to dunkin with my husband and we had breakfast.

I took a walk, I am now lifting 5 lb weights, doing lots of reps with little weights, because I don't want to gain any muscle weight.

So it's a work in process.

I'm not the type to juice all day or at every meal. That would drive me nuts, (It's a pain in the neck to clean the machine).

But once in the morning is fine with me. But if Alan wants to make himself a carrot apple pear drink in the afternoon, he can cut up the stuff himself and then clean the machine.

I'm not worried because this man won't go into the kitchen.

lol
