Quick reply...I have to run but thank you for the responses. Will read links later today.

spasms is right side down along the front of my throad. Almost feels like the right back side of the tongue is involved. they are very quick....Maybe 5 seconds? Almost like 1/2 a choke? sorry hard to explain.

I'm on no meds regularly. No high bp or sugar problems.

coq10 is powder form... thanks for the info will discontinue for awhile.

gotta run thanks again.
