I'm 16 so not wanting to get pregnant at the moment lol but just wanted to say that my menstral cycle is also messed up.

Before I developed RSD, I had very regular, fairly light periods. After a few months of developing RSD they started to get very painful and would come whenever they felt like it.

My PM Doctor said it was a common side effect of RSD and that he's seen a lot of patients with it. I also noticed when it was my time of the month, my RSD pain got a LOT worse ... something he also said was common. I was adviced to go onto the contraceptive pill to regulate them so did last year. It's helped as my periods are now lighter and only last a few days, but I still do get more pain. I know I can always stop them one month if I want to by not having a break in the pill.

I hope you feel better soon and that this doesn't cause too many problems for you!

Alison
