Good for you! Yay! I had a great night 2 nights ago, in that I woke up but could go right back to sleep. It was *very* refreshing, and I know what you mean. I felt much more alive.

Work related (car) accident September 21, 1995, consequences:
- chondromalacia patellae both knees
- RSD both legs (late diagnosis, almost 3 years into RSD) & spread to arms/hands as of 2008
