Default Fasciculations- Muscle nerve twitching?

Anyone else have these? A few weeks after my concussion I noticed my right eyelid was twitching like crazy, all day off and on. This subsided after a few weeks but comes back every so often especially when I am feeling other concussion symptoms. The docs told me it wasn't related to concussion and was from stress ( cop out answer) but I never had it before.

I learned I had convergence issues with my eyesight and the twitching made sense - my eyes are overtired. But then I started getting twitches in my leg, next to my other eye and my left cheek just started going crazy two days ago. You can see it- it looks freaky.

I know these are supposed to be benign. Could it be from my neck injury (three herniated discs and facet issues)? I noticed the twitching acts up when my neck acts up. Should I get checked out and if so by what type of doc or should I just assume this is some weird PCS thing?

Anyone else get this?
