(my scale is in kilograms, so it's hard to measure 1 pound... it doesn't have that granularity. 1 Kg = 2.2 lbs)

food today
 
brunch
- 1 pineapple lowfat yogurt

afternoon
- 1 slice seeded whole bread with the very last smidgeon of gorgonzola (thought it was gone, but it wasn't ... psych! :o)
- handful of blue berries
- 1 beer
- 1 pumpkin bread roll

dinner
- monkfish in tomato sauce
- saute of potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and red pepper

late evening
- 1/2 pumpkin bread roll

i think i am going to have some bread and jam now.

Thanks, Mari, Bizi and Donna, for your encouragement. :grouphug:

I am sort of shell-shocked because depression usually causes me to gain - because i comfort eat. in fact mostly what i am doing for now, is just trying to really limit the extent to which i give into the wanting-to-eat-when-not-hungry. i pretty much feel like always macking on something, just for the sensation of it. for instance, i haven't cracked open the new bag of peanuts, because i know i would just go at them too much.

the nice thing is that Zoloft tends to reduce my appetite a little, especially with dose increases. that helps because i feel full quickly - a feeling which i dislike.

assuming my current weight is stable, i am 15lb down, with 15 more lbs to lose, to reach my pre-Zyprexa max-weight!

oh jeff made companies coming chicken for dinner...
(see recipe thread for the details!):eek:
chicken, cream of chicken soup, swiss cheese and butter and stove top stuffing....yum! had some cherry tomatos and garlic bread, not a very heart healthy meal but very very good!
Off to the gym!

who knew they made whipping cream flavored vodka?
