Hi Buds,

I cannot type much at one time so here I go again. The last year I have been trying to learn some of this nutrition stuff.

A few months ago I went to Mexico to a clinic to build my immune system up. I have gone before as well.

I met several wonderful people from around the globe, doing everything they could to live. This was mostly a Cancer clinic. Some people go their with autoimmune diseases and healthy people go to remain that way. They use Laetrile which is Vitamin B-17 which for some reason is illegal in the States, For Cancer patients they use several different unconventional therapies which Hoxsey being one of them. Several different types of IV Vitamins etc...as well. They put them on a special diet as with no soy products, processed foods, no vinegar allowed as well. I might be leaving a couple things out. I think tomatoes and peppers are out as well.

I think this type of diet sounds great for me. But what I am going to do is this.

Only sweetner product is Splenda or honey that has not been cooked.
100% Olive oil only. Lot's of Love, Roz
