**sending ENERGY to Tricia!**

Tricia - ENERGY is at your door too ... it travels as the speed of light!

Tricia - me too ... I have none of my own quilts .. everytime I make something that I like, I think of someone to give it to ... and away it goes - same as for my artwork ... my tin-condo is filled with, uh - stuff from goodwill, rummage sales and things from friends!

Lor - You are going to have a great time. I have been wanting a pop up camper for a long time. They are a great way to go camping. We either rough camp or take the motorhome.

Sorry DH has to go away on the business trip. I know you will miss him. Feel free to hang here with us during that time (and after). We'll help you through it.

As Sandy stated I am not getting help from my husbands command, or anyone for that matter, I have been to his superior officers, the family support counselor, the legal office, and the chaplain. I also found out today that the military will NOT ship my belongings to me like my husband said they said they only do that if you divorce while overseas. So now had to borrow money from my stepdads father to get a uhaul. I am supposed to hear from my attorney herself today it is 4 PM her time and I haven't yet apparently my husbands attorney is fighting like hell not to get a continuance in our case...probably because my husband only has leave until June 15th and doesn't want to have to come back here and face me. Oh did I forget to say that after all this crap he wants me to pay his legal fees too?

(((Renee))) I am so sorry. I will pray that your lawyer will fight like he11 for you! And hey, he left you and filed for divorce so he should pay for your legal fees as well as child support and spousal support as you are unable to work.

Hang in there and know that we are all praying for you and are here to support you.

Renee, Sorry to hear your are having such a difficult time dealing with the military bureaucracy. I hope you have a decent attorney because TK is right about legal costs and child support. Spousal support can be trickier these days, but you should be able to get it at least for a certain period of time.

TK -- I did not know your name was Tricia. Kelly outed you. Hope you get some relief from the heat. It is still cool and dreary here.

Suzy -- that was really funny! I never thanked you for the postcard from Nashville. So THANK YOU!!!

I hit enter before I was done.

Kelly, I am still waiting for my postcard from Georgia. Just kidding!

I had my pulmonary function test today and it went ok. They wanted me to get a 90% and I kept getting a 89% and they then decided that was good enough because all of my other numbers looked okay. That is, unless my doctor decides differently.

Lor and Fin -- did I ever mention I am originally from Ohio? (eastern )-- about 45 miles from Youngstown and 50 miles from Pittsburgh, PA. I went to Kent State.

Gosh, Renee, what a slimeball he's turning out to be. He can ask for anything he wants - whether he gets it or not will be up to the courts...and I cannot imagine any judge in their right mind awarding him court costs. He's filing against you for Pete sake! If anything he should pay for yours. And I imagine he'll have to pay child support and spousal support (at least for a period of time).

I PM'ed you earlier today - not sure if you've seen it or not - but I'll help in any way I can. I'm really sorry this is happening to you. Keep your head up - and don't resort to his style of doing things 'cause he will reap what he sows.

That is true Barb. But it may work in your favor with SSDI Renee. More than likely you will have to go to a voc rehab counselor who will run a series of tests including a neuropsych test. From this the voc rehab counselor can fight on your behalf not only for spousal support but for SSDI as well.
