Last night for dinner turkey slices and a little natural applesauce.

Breakfast egg whites and 5 pieces of fruit plus green tea.

Lunch is sushi - will go sparinly on the rice.

Still holding at 144.4.

sorry i haven't been posting shelley. all the school stuff has kept me hopping.

my eating has been great. lots of exercise. i am wearing my pedometer. i will say i am bad about taking it off and forgettign to put it back on, so the number of steps is off some. it really does keep me motivated and competitive! i want higher numbers eveyday.

8698 on tuesday and i didn't even wear it when i went to pick up grandmonkey.

i'm staying clear of the scale until monday. shirt i wore yesterday has always been tight in the sleeves. short sleeve white cotton. i was pleasantly surprised that the sleeves had room for 3 fingers.

No worries, its been a busy week for me.

Way to go though you are doing great!

Have been doing good on the diet. Still maintaining.

Today I started back on the food program. Only three days a week but it will be good for me.

Last time I did this I lost 30 pounds and dropped the cholesterol 100 points. Its based on the zone diet and the food is prepared fresh each day and dropped off at 5A on my door. And its organic. I have it balanced to 1200 calories for the day and then they take away dinner since I am good at home. Its work where I am bad.

I will post it for all to see and it might spark ideas for meals and snacks.

So today the food peeps brought me

Breakfast: Vanilla Yougurt with 2 strawberries and almonds for breakfast (stir both in)

Mid morning snack: Applesauce and 3 hazelnuts and a slice of cheddar cheese

Lunch: 1 chicken italian sausage grilled , green breans and a roasted tomato and goat cheese salad

Mid afternoon snack: 2 slices fonina cheese , 3 macadamia nuts and 4 bites of honeydew melon

Working out on Sunday.

Can I get in on this? I would like to lose five pounds. Last week, even though I increased my exercise, I only lost .4 pounds. It is slow moving these days.

This is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
1 granola bar

Lunch:
Salad with grilled chicken and a small amount of low fat dressings

Dinner:
Small amount of steak, 1/2 baked potato w/ 1 teaspoon butter

Dessert:
3/4 cup cherries and ounce of chocolate

When I look back on it, I guess this was not bad, but I should not of had the chocolate. It really pays to write it down!!!!! Going to the gym now.... LOL!

I'm working on getting back in a healthy pattern.

But I will say matter of fact. I wouldn't recommend anyone
lose weight the way I have the last 2 or so weeks.

I am not having a good health month.

First abdominal and diahrea.

Then throwing up. And not a virus in sight.

All to do with my health issues.

Exercise I have to get back into.

I am down to 230 lbs. Now remember I was so proud to get to 243.

I just kept going and wasn't sure it would stop.

Donna

Hi Gal's
I am trying to loose also. I gained this summer and I too have been sick. Mostly my back, but some abdominal pain. Had a cat scan this week, now doc is ordering a early colonoscopy. I am sure dreading that!

I've started walking and watching diet. Doing South Beach most of the time.
Let's all get started again and see how we do!
Billie
