now i like butter.

no, i love butter.

melted butter on corn, or spread on bread.

but when i think about the fat conversion, i get this image of eating however many - in this case EIGHT - sticks of butter... all in a row.... like bite off a hunk and chew.... blechhhhh!

chomp chomp chomp chomp.

like if they were milky way bars but gooier and greeeeasier....and

UGHHHHHHH MAN. makes me never want to go near butter again.

Please help !!!

I just started to count my calories... I'm eating 1,200 calories per day because I can't do exercise...

First week I lost 7 pounds and was so happy, but last week I didn't loose ANYTHING !!! :( I'm so sad !!!

I'm drinking 8 glasses of water...

What could be happening ?? I'm so sad and mad :(

Do I have to eat less and less calories every week ?? Last time I countes calories was 10 years ago and it worked perfectly fine, is it my age or wwhat !? :(

Thanks for any advice !!

happy NY Bizi

I read that you were off to a good start, and that your diet kinda is standing still. I could not excersise eithor. Keep more low caloric stuff near you. Eat more frequently so you are never really hungry. That stand still diet will go away eventually and your weight will drop. Keep up all your efforts. :hug:ginnie

Hi Mari

Hi mari, I am doing fine, thanks for asking. Fla. is cold as the rest of the country. I try to keep up with the diet threads as I can. My weight continues to be good after two years living eating differently. I can eat all foods now in moderation. I still choose carefully on the how much part if I ignor calories. All these people need all the reassurances they can get. It isn't easy to change a life time of habbits. Essentially thats what has to happed. Keep in touch. I do have a thread floating somewhere...:hug:ginnie
