Hi Featherbullet, I forgot to mention I do use Kefir in my daily smoothies. It is very good for the intestines and it does taste good. My favorite so far in vanilla. Also, about the meditating, it's great that you took a class. If you do decide eventually to try it let me know. I can recommend some. I use guided meditation. Their is a someone talking the whole time so it keeps you paying attention and if I lose tract the talking brings me back.

I hope things get better for you. I know how hard it is to have this disease.
